While the abusive treatment of our food sources - both plant and animal - goes on, attributing lack of feeling to animals (one wonders re plants, no?), vegetarianism is an anti-human being project, ignoring facts. Decent treatment of Earth's including our resources can only develop in a materially just world. ...is why we seek to rid it of capitalism - profit, competition for profit - and its enforcer, imperialism, and develop socialist - worker owned - production and distribution by and for all of us including for Earth. Vegetarianism, as program, disregards human beings.

As a film maker, I would love to make a top rate documentary based on his book.
