I really welcome the likes of Richard Charkin opening the door.  Nevermind a &#039;new angle on the business&#039; - he was the first to give any angle on the business in a blog context...so hurrah for him. More of that, please.

Surely this transparency from the people at the heart of the business is a good thing? And let&#039;s be honest, who doesn&#039;t want to know what Gail Rebuck, Tim Hely-Hutchinson or Victoria Barnsley are thinking right now?</description>
